Terms of Service

By registering for a TEOS Orthodontic Lab event or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register for or attend our events. These terms apply to all participants, visitors, and users of TEOS services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued participation in our events following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Registration for a TEOS event is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation email from TEOS. Places are limited and allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. TEOS reserves the right to refuse registration or participation at its sole discretion.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the event. In the event that TEOS cancels or postpones an event due to circumstances beyond our control, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the event. TEOS reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful to other attendees, instructors, or venue staff, without refund. Participants must comply with all venue rules and applicable laws during the event.

All course materials, presentations, videos, handouts, and other content provided during TEOS events are the exclusive intellectual property of TEOS Orthodontic Lab and its instructors. Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any event content without prior written consent from TEOS. Personal notes taken during the event may be used for private, non-commercial purposes only.

TEOS may photograph or video-record events for educational, promotional, and archival purposes. By registering, you consent to your image and likeness being captured and used by TEOS in these materials. If you object to being photographed or filmed, you must notify TEOS in writing before the event begins, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

TEOS Orthodontic Lab is not liable for any personal injury, loss of property, or indirect or consequential damages arising from participation in our events. All clinical techniques and procedures presented at TEOS events are for educational purposes only. Participants are solely responsible for applying any knowledge gained to their clinical practice in accordance with their professional obligations and applicable regulations.

TEOS is not responsible for any accommodation, travel, or other arrangements made by participants in connection with our events. Any issues with the venue or accommodation must be addressed directly with the relevant service provider. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
